- In September 2005 the firm won for its consumer clients a Lemon Law Arbitration involving a $560,000 Recreational Vehicle.
- Mr. Knight continues to serve a national franchisor as corporate and transaction counsel.
- We remain counsel for A.G. Edwards Trust Company in a probate and trust matter pending in Palm Beach County.
- The firm continues to represent EADS Sogerma Barfiled in aviation lien and bankruptcy matters.
- In March 2005 the firm negotiated a $60,000 refund for the owner of a luxury car in a breach of warranty matter.
- In October 2004 the Miami Herald newspaper recognized Mr. Knight as one of a handful of "Top Legal Advisors" representing the Bush-Cheney Campaign.
- In September 2004 the firm obtained a brand new $300,000 exotic car in connection with settling a Lemon Law case.

- In the spring of 2004, with the assistance of other RNLA lawyers, Mr. Knight organized, and in June 2004 he was the Chair of, the first-ever Election Law School for Florida Republican lawyers. The day-long event was held in Orlando, Florida under the auspices of the RNLA. Mr. Knight also taught the ethics portion of the program. Future Senator Mel Martinez and Congressman Dave Weldon attended the post-seminar reception.
- In April 2004 Mr. Knight was appointed Chair of the Florida Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association ("RNLA").
- In March 2004 we obtained a Federal Court judgment for our client, a London-based oil futures trading enterprise.
- In May 2001, in Miami, Mr. Knight taught a course on recorded and unrecorded liens on aircraft and engines, in and out of bankruptcy court.
- Mr. Knight continues to train for his second degree black belt in traditional Japanese (Shotokan) karate.
